Elsevier provides electronic

resources to supplement
many different textbooks.
What’s in your package?
 Your instructors have created a special textbook package for your
program. The package contains required textbooks in either print
or eBook format and online course content. This package was
created especially for your school and is not available at other
bookstores or other online retailers.
The package includes:
 Required Textbooks in Print or eBook on VitalSource
 Clinical Skills for Nursing Assistants
Access Code
• E-Workbook Access Code
Redeem your single access code
 These instructions will show you how to redeem your
access code(s)
 DO NOT REGISTER FOR A SELF-STUDY COURSE.
 Go to http://evolve.elsevier.com/
Enter your
access code

You will be able to find your

code in one of the following
places
• an access card in your
package through the bookstore
• Your instructor might email it
to you
• You might purchase it online

It will look similar to this:

• UCJR6KBHCYNZ
The online course(s) and textbooks will be listed. Click Redeem.
 If you are a new Evolve user, create an
account (we suggest using your school email
address). If you have an account login.
 If you
purchased
eBooks you’ll
create your
account and
password for
Evolve and
Vital Source
at the same
time.
• Click Continue. The next screen will be a confirmation of your
resources. Click My Evolve to see your courses.
 YOUR EBOOKS LIVE HERE!

You now have online access to your learning resources.

If you purchased eBooks, you can read them by clicking
Go to VitalSource library.

o Search one book or
across all of your books
at once
o Paste important
material from many
places into one focused
document
o Make highlights &
notes, and share them

• Next Locate the course for Evolve Workbook to Accompany Mosby's Canadian
Textbook for the Support Worker in My Evolve
• Select Enter Instructor’s Course ID. Enter the course ID provided to you by your
instructors and select Submit Course ID
You will view confirmation of your enrolment and your new
username. Save your username for future reference.
Click Continue.
• Locate the course for Canadian Clinical Skills: Skills for Personal Support
Workers in My Evolve
• Select Enter Instructor’s Course ID. Enter the course ID provided to you by your
instructors and select Submit Course ID
You’re now enrolled in your online tools!
Click Continue.
Your instructors may place links to this resource in your
school’s Learning Management System (Blackboard or
D2L). The first time you encounter such a link you must log
in to Evolve using the same email address and password
that you used to register for the online course
