Abstract
This paper investigation newly tries by the specialists in legal sciences,
and technology ones, in international societies, to handle the matter the
importance of the architecture of legal properties documents system.
This research concentrates, generally, on the framework for the
architecture of legal properties documents system, which explains; why
do we need to create the architecture of legal documents system. The
architecture of the legal documents system (ALPDS) represents a
significant matter for all countries because it considers a legal
information map that displays the legal history for countries' properties to
identify the legality of property' actions and determine which are original,
and which are forged. As a result, all countries need to create (ALPDS)
that will become a formal source for legal properties documents.

Consequently, the researcher will focus on identifying the importance of

the architecture of legal properties documents system (ALPDS) that
considers as a formal source for the legal information related to
properties' actions. This paper seeks to answer many questions; what is
ALPDS? What are the components of ALPDS? Why do the countries
need to ALPDS? What are the benefits for ALPDS? On another hand;
has ALPDS a vital role to handle the downsides for legal documents
administration that are related to properties actions. It hopes this research
will inform the responsible international organizations for legal science to
enact the rules that enhance the matter of architecture of legal properties

Background
In the previous part, the researcher handled the problems of properties
matters that are divided into (1) the problem of information silo that
related to properties documents, (2) Communion between state property
and private property. ALPDS system handles these problems because it
contains the governmental institutions that represent the state holders, and
private ones, and the technological system that organized the process of
the ALPDS system. As a result, the ALPDS system has two main
components; (a) governmental institutions that are representatives for
state property and private one; (B) technological tools that represent an
instrument to organize the property process. (S.Fatouh Gomaa, 2022)

Statement of the Problem' solution:

The ALPDS system handles; (1) the problem of information silo that
related to properties documents; (2) Communion between state property
and private property. This system is gathering the governmental
institutions that are representatives for state property and private one, so it
removes the problem of a missing team approach to achieve a unified
system of official ownership documents with integrated participation
among all governmental organizations. Additionally, the ALPDS system
removes the problem of the absence of communication that enhances all
governmental sectors working together in parallel communications, to
achieve one goal; the preservation of state property that depends on
integrated communication among all governmental organizations .

In addition, the ALPDS system handles the problem of communion

between state property and private property by establishing an electronic
unified formal-geographical separation between the public property and
the private one through applying the technological programming.

Based on the above; the ALPDS system has two chief components; (1)
the governmental organizations that are the state properties
representatives, and private properties ones ;( 2) the technological
programming that considers the electronic system for organizing the
parallel communications among the governmental organizations
regarding properties documents, and unifying participation in official
ownership documents. The technological programming will be achieved
by the electronic window of the ALPDS system that has many icons
displayed with a specific design. This electronic window will organize
the communications among governmental associations, and make a
unified system for the official ownership documents. The researcher will
give more details about this electronic system in the fourth part.
Objective of the Study:
The study aimed at evaluating the current position for the legal
information that related to properties matters and how it threatens the
state property -public, or private- that enforces the necessity for the
setting system for the Architecture of legal properties documents
(ALPDS). In this part; the researcher aims to highlight the components of
the Architecture of legal properties documents (ALPDS)

Methodology
Experiments- as a research strategy – is a suitable plan for this research,
because it is a hypothetic—deductive approach because it depends on
studying the causal relationship among variables.

Findings:
1- The ALPDS system solves the problem of information silos related to
properties documents, which is a common cause for wasting state
property .

2- The ALPDS system solves the problem of the Communion between

state property and private property due to the absence of formal-
geographical separation between the state property and private property
for individuals.

Conclusion:
1- The ALPDS system achieves a unified system of official ownership
documents with integrated participation among all governmental
organizations, which solves the problem of information silos regarding
properties matters that originate from contradictory official documents .

2 -The ALPDS system achieves a unified communication system among

the governmental institutions that enhances all governmental sectors
working together parallel regarding properties matters .

3- The ALPDS system establishes an electronic unified formal-

geographical separation between the public property and the private one
through applying technological programming.
 4- This part displays the components of (ALPDS), in the next part; the
researcher will show the process of the ALPDS system

Recommendations
1- The countries need to apply the ALPDS system to remove the problem
of information silos regarding properties matters that enhance a unified
system of official ownership documents with integrated participation
among all governmental organizations .

2- The countries need to apply the ALPDS system to remove the problem
of communion between state property and private property that enhances
an electronic unified formal-geographical separation between the public
property and the private one.
