The AFU has deliberated upon the following actions and decided to execute

them under Operation ‘Ragnarok’:

In the South:
1. Start the initial assault with the bombing of highways M03, M04, M05, M14 and
the Kerch Bridge, also disable the Donetsk-Luhansk-Voronezh railway line with
bombings. These bombings shall be carried out using 250 Switchblade 300
drones, 3 Bayraktar TB2 drones, 6 Tochka Missile Systems and half a squadron
of Su-25 Grach aircraft from the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade. Additionally, the
3rd and 8th Special Purpose Regiments of the SSO shall assist our strikes from
behind enemy lines by hunting Russian logistics convoys and planting more
explosives on said infrastructure.

2. On the Orikhiv-Zaliznychne stretch, the 17th Tank Brigade, 16th Engineer

Battalion and 45th Air Assault Brigade shall make their way to the coast and
avoid any large urban settlement or action, the creation of this corridor shall be
followed closely by an advance by the 93rd Mechanised Brigade and the 55th
Artillery Brigade supported by the attack helicopters of 12th Army Aviation
Brigade to relieve the 56th Motorised Brigade encircled in Mariupol while
essentially sandwiching the enemy units. The Russian formations between the
Mariupol and Orikhiv corridors shall be left without supply or organisation and
shall be easily mopped up by our forces rendezvousing with each other.
3. The 79th Air Assault Brigade shall land using its organic aviation support south
of Oleshky at the P-57 road while the 57th Motorised Brigade attacks from the
North in order to sandwich Kherson between the two formations while cutting off
supply to Kherson.
4. Midway between the relief of Mariupol, the 28th Mechanised shall start making
its way to the areas South of Kherson still under our control while the 37th Marine
Brigade prepares a naval invasion of Armyansk. Once the corridors have joined
up with each other, the 38th Marine Brigade, joined by the 17th Tank Brigade and
the 16th Engineer Battalion will invade the other side of Crimea, North of
Henicheska Hirka. The 38th, 37th, 28th and 17th shall meet each other and cut
the North of Crimea off from mainland Russia. The naval invasion shall be
assisted by L401 Yuri Olefirenko, L434 Svatove, L451 Malyn, Sherp Shuttle. We
shall also deploy 8 Patrol Boats to assist with the invasion and 3 additional Patrol
Boats to perform a lightning raid on Sevastopol, targeting primarily the fuel
reserves and secondarily, if possible, the Black Sea Fleet of Russia.
5. While the Motorised and Mechanised Brigades perform area defence duties,
the Mechanised, Air Assault, Marine and Armoured formations shall perform
mopping up operations in the encircled enemy territory in Southern Ukraine, thus
bringing the counteroffensive in the South to a conclusion.

In the North:
1. Bring the 58th Motorised Brigade, 14th Mechanised Brigade and 43rd Artillery
Brigade with the 24th Mechanised Brigade coming in later as reinforcement to
Kyiv. This will fend off the Russian formations attacking Kyiv while we prepare for
a counterattack.
2. Establish a defensive string of formations around the MRLP-Barishyvka-Varva
Line with the 26th Artillery Brigade, 30th Mechanised Brigade, 72nd Mechanised
Brigade, 1st Tank Brigade with support from the 16th Army Aviation Brigade and
reinforcements from the 15th Artillery Brigade. These formations shall slowly
creep towards enemy territory and capture supply lines from the overexpanded
Russian offensive here.
3. Once the MRLP-Barishyvka-Varva Line is clear, start the counterattack against
Russian formations North of Kyiv and in Irpin with reinforcements from the 1st
Tank Brigade and the 72nd Mechanised Brigade to clear the forces up to the
Belarusian border.

some pressure after having removed troops from Kyiv’s doorstep and will also
open the door for more opportunities in the future while providing our troops with
valuable experience in the art of warfighting.
