REF: GROP DAMAGE ASSESSMENT REPORT

Reference to the letter detail 26th sep 2023. I visited Daniel Ngigi Waigi of Id No.10766990 On
his land No Githunguri/Githiga/6019 accompanied by a police office from Githiga police station

The estate is located at Githiga location, Githiga Sub-location Gathiongoi village. I found 50kgs
of tea leaves picked from the same land

In reference the perianal crop compensation rate draft guide line schedule, it provides a
compensation rate of 21 sh per Kg monthly and a bonus rate is Ksh 41.50 so giving a total
ksh65.50 hence
