Vide my detail judgment recorded in English, comprising of 50 pages, placed on file, the respondents were found guilty of an offence under section 496 PPC, hence, both the respondents i.e. Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi son of Ikram Ullah Khan Niazi and Bushra Khan wife of Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi residents of Banni Gala, Islamabad are convicted for charges under the above preferred section of law and as a consequence sentenced to seven (07) years simple imprisonment each.
