Nikko Angelou C, Fabria, SK Pres. - Ex-officio Member ABSENT: NONE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO, 09-2020 (Explanatory Note) WHEREAS, per Local Budget Circular No. 125, dated April 7, 2020 of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) the Local Government is a beneficiary of the Bayanihan Grant to Cities and Municipalities (BGCM) in the amount of Nine Million Two Hundred Forty ‘Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (P9,243,865.00) equivalent to the one-month FY 2020 Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), to support operations and response measures, ‘which are necessary to address the COVID-19 emergency; WHEREAS, the utilization of the grant is in accordance te COVID-19 related Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) os defined under Section 3.5 of Local Budget Circular No. 125 dated April 7, 2020 of the Department of Budget and Management; Now therefore, upon motion of Honorable Sonia J. Chang duly seconded by Honorable ‘Minerva L. Burlat, it was RESOLVED, as this Body hereby resolves, to enact the following Appropriation ‘Ordinance, to wit: APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO, 09-2020 {C.8. 04/15/20) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02-2020 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF NINE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (P9,243,365.00) FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES TO RESPOND TO CRISIS BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC; BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in Regular Session assembled, SECTION 1 - The Supplemental Budget No. 02 of the Local Government Unit of Alubijid, Misamis Oriental for FY 2020 in the total amount of NINE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS {P9,243,365.00) for various programs, projects and activities in view of COVID-19 situation is hereby approved; The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of the Ordinance: that: 1, Statement of Funding Source (LBP Form No. 9) 2, Statement of Supplemental Appropriation ({LBP Form No. 10) 3, Certification as to Availability of Funds 4, Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01-2020® Page 2 - Appropriation Ordinance No. 09-2020 SECTION 2.
