O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Agriculture, T.S.,
Hyderabad has submitted medical bills for sanction net admissible amount
of
Rs.1,00,000/- in respect of Sri P. Venkata Ramana Reddy, ADA working
on
deputation as Manager in TS MARKFED incurred towards his father’s
treatment for “Fracture Neck of Femur (R) Hip” for the period from
02.09.2022 to 12.09.2022 at SR Hospital, Secunderabad which is
un-recognized hospital, in relaxation of TSIMA Rules.
2. The Standing Committee of Officers have recommended net /ceiling
admissible amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in relaxation of TSIMA Rules vide
reference 2nd cited.
3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord
permission to sanction net admissible amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in respect
of
Sri P. Venkata Ramana Reddy, ADA working on deputation as Manager in
TS
MARKFED incurred towards his father’s treatment for “Fracture Neck of
Femur (R) Hip” for the period from 02.09.2022 to 12.09.2022 at SR
Hospital, Secunderabad which is un-recognized hospital, in relaxation of
TSIMA Rules.
4. The Director of Agriculture, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Fin (EBS-V) Dept., vide
their U.O.No.1905960/179/A1/EBS-V M&H/2023, Dt:12.5.2023.
