Hard work vs Smart work

Hard work or smart work? Many may say, work smart not work hard. But some others
may respond that there are no shortcuts in life.

Hard work means the individual will use a large amount of their energy to finish their
work. That means spending a significant amount of time and effort to get work done.
Some examples include spending hours studying or working in their respective subjects.

Smart work means instead of wasting their time and energy to finish their work, they’ll
choose to take a smarter route. One example includes using studying techniques to study
and remember better to avoid burnout. Another one is using softwares and shortcuts to
manage their workload better and work faster.

While smart work obviously sounds better in contrast to hard work, hard work is still
essential if the individual is aiming to succeed. In conclusion, we should work smart and still
put in the required effort to achieve our goals.
