Welcome to the MindSet Rule . This pretty

mini-guide has got tons of valuable yet

simple and practical insights to adopt

easily.It's amazing how the little things we

do each day constantly adds up to create our

outcome .

The Mind is the greatest untapped resource

of man and the only single thing we have

absolute control over .

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I'm Olapeju, In Africa where I come from ,my name
means wealth is complete in me .This was not always my
first name , I disliked my first name which meant
Reincarnation because it denied me of my unique
identity . I was given that name because my Dad's
grandma passed on around the time of my birth
My first life curveball was losing my mum at age 9 ,just
about 2 months to my 10th birthday which was
supposed to be a big party for me. My world crumbled
because she was my world;My Dad's work involved a lot
of travel.
Moving out of grief and blaming God , I became very
Independent with a strong determination to live out all
the dreams we shared to make the world a better place(
I am a Big Dreamer and Strategist -Ne-yo's song-Miss
Independent described me perfectly)
Until I fell in love with my Ex-boyfriend ,we were so
perfect together,it seemed like a match-made in Heaven
.In my ignorance ,I imagined my life in meticulous
details with him.
The relationship fell apart after 3 years and so did my
life again . I lost my confidence ,had a low self-esteem
,practiced self-doubt and sabotage and worst of all , I
put my life on hold waiting and hoping we would come
back together .I was so wrong and continued on a dark
path of negativity
In my darkness ,I got exposed to the truth of mindset
reprogramming and mastery which transformed my life
totally .I got a 360 degrees makeover.
For 9 years and still counting,I have deliberately given
my attention to learning and coaching women on how to
leverage their mindset using a mix of techniques to own
their genius,and unleash their genius for money and
impact at work or business.
I have served my genius at Fortune 500 companies
within the health industry and it breaks my heart to see
many individuals especially women lacking clarity of
their unique value proposition ,having mental burnout
and unhappy at in their professional life.
I got a job sack notice and my response was EPIC and
SHOCKING and the only reason I could pull that off was
because of my mindset programming . The Job did not
define me and I had crystal clarity with focus on my
purpose .

Tools & Techniques to
Master your Mindset

I bet you don't start your day this way . The truth is How you
start your day matters.
Why ?
Because it sets the tone for how your day would flow.
Infact,from the moment you hit your bed at night , you
want to quieten your mind for a good rest

- Meditation : To -Identify your predominant

harness the power thought: What do you want

effectively , focus to accomplish today ? Are

only on ONE thing your thought aligned and

empowering for that task ?

- Gratitude: Start

each day by listing

at least 4 things you

are thankful. This

creates an

empowering

magnetic force to

light up your day .


Put an End to
Unhappy Workweek
-Define clearly what happiness looks like to
you.What is your happy ?
-Identify the value you provide in relation to the
company mission . (Fill the gap....Without me ,
you .............. ) .
-Set yourself up for Happiness:Surround yourself
with joy -beautiful memories ,sticker notes
,pictures ,your Big why reminders . Just be
creative.
- Do this activities daily :You need to be
deliberate about this .Give a compliment , wear a
smile,celebrate little wins and take a good
laugh. These specific activities turn on the
happiness chemicals such as oxytocin,serotonin
and dopamine
-Own your Value and Career :The workplace is a
platform for expression of your value. Your Job
does not define you.Stunted growth can make
you unhappy so in order to avoid this ,create your
personal development plan for growth and track
it
-Become Personality-Aware : The more aware you
become about your personality,the better you
become at managing both self and relationship
with others
Use Cognitive restructuring: : One of the ways to do
this is by challenging the thought .When you identify
disempowering thoughts , Ask yourself how realistic
are these fears? Would they really come true? Are your
statements about yourself or the situation accurate ? If
you can disapprove any of them ,then you set yourself
free .

-Use Anchors: Create an Anchor that supports how you


want to feel at your best . To do this , you need to
remember a time that you were at your best possible
mood and replay it in such a way that it can be relived .

-Have a Thought Filter System :This is one of my favourite


where you set a conscious mechanism that helps you sift
through information

-Visualize your Highest Self that is calm


and poise ready to take on the world .
Integrate Work-Life Together
Work is definitely a big part of life considering we spend
about 8 hours if possible at it and another 7-8 hours
sleeping

For women , it seems like the work never ends between


what you have to do (responsibility ) and what you get to
do each day .

I have been a mom of one ,now mom of two,working


mom and stay at home mom .It's hard work no matter
where you might fall.Be kind to yourself.

When in conflict about what to do

Choose yourself first : Taking care of you first puts you in


a better prepared position to take care of others.Have a
'ME" time.
Get Everyone Involved : Don't do it all alone ,Becoming
clear and expressing what you need to your family in
terms of support

Be deliberate about quality time together : Make every


second count

Get comfortable with this truth : You cannot meet


everybody's need .This truth would take away the
pressure and feeling of inadequacy ,

Everybody has different needs and one great way to


integrate is to know these needs and plan around it .More
importantly, understand what matters most to your inner
circle .

-Integrating work and life requires planning and don't


get too hard on yourself if you dont get to tick all the
boxes(probably you set too many )

Feel free to get any planner but my favourite one allows
you to prioritize just 3 things to do to simplify the
process .

Lastly , drinking lots of water is so good for your body
