Vocabulary: TABLE RESERVATION - is an advanced process where customers are able to
reserve tables at restaurants by a systematic approach.

A. ACTIVITY: Know, Want-to-know, and Learned


Direction: Write everything you know about restaurant reservation under the column “K” and what you want to know
under column “W”. Then after reading and accomplishing all the activities in this module, record what you have
learned under the “L” column. Write your answer in a separate sheet of paper.

B. ANALYSIS:
The learners will ask the following questions:
- What are the things that you already know about table reservation?
- What are the things that you would want to know about table reservavtion?
- What comes to your mind while doing the activity?

needed for reservation is keyed-in by the guest.

reservation and took their credit card information as a guarantee.
_________3. In this type of reservation, the guest calls when they are on their way and sets a specific time they will
arrive.
_________4. It is an alternative of reservation in which the guests gave their names, stayed inside the restaurant and wait
for their name to be called.
_________5. It is a device being used in calling out customers’ name when tables are ready.
