Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program for Teachers Training Students 2024

 The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan offers international teachers who wish to conduct research on school
education at designated Japanese universities as Teacher training Students under this program. Kindly note that this is a non-degree training course, however, a
certificate will be provided in completion of the required training course.

Eligibility Criteria’s;
-Must be a Samoan National/dual
-Must be born on or after April 2, 1989
-Must be a university graduate or teacher training schools and have worked as a teacher at primary/secondary educational institutions or teacher training schools
in Samoa for a period of five (5) years or more as of October 01st, 2024.
-Must be willing to learn Japanese & interested in deepening his/her understanding of Japan after arriving in Japan
-Must submit a health certificate in the prescribed format signed by a physician attesting that the applicant has no physical or mental conditions
