Drug CRI Dose Range

PROPOFOL - 1 to 7 mg/kg/hr (0.017 to 0..117 mg/kg/min)
Suggested starting maintenance dose rate is 4 to 5 mg/kg/hr. Induction should be with propofol when propofol
maintenance anesthesia is planned. Otherwise, relatively higher initial drug dose rates will be required.

Drug Concentration
PROPOFOL - 10 mg/ml

Precautions
1) Change extension sets between patients.
2) Discard unused drug 12 hours after opening. Discard any contaminated drug.
