 The Honorable Guest, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlement. As our welcome
greetings to you, we would like to present a traditional dance that embodies the rich
cultural heritage of tribes in Indonesia.
 This dance draws inspiration from the exquisite lotus flower, known for its captivating
beauty even as it blooms among muddy waters. This dance tells a touching story of
resilience and transformation. Likening the lotus to our lives, among challenging
surroundings, in the face of adversity, we find strength and beauty, just like the lotus
that stands tall among the muddiness and yet remains untouched and magnificent.
 This dance celebrates the strong spirit, the unbeatable of human beings to bloom
and make the world a more beautiful place, just like the lotus does in its
environment.

 Tarian ini terinspirasi dari dari Teratai yang meskipun hidup di antara air yang kotor
dan berlumpur, ia tetap mekar dengan sangat indah, terlihat dari merekahnya
Mahkota kelopak bunga yang sangat cantik.Teratai juga simbol seni dan agama di
Asia selama ribuan tahun. Wisnu, Brahma dan Siwa yang digambarkan duduk di
atas bunga teratai untuk sebagai symbol kesuciaan. Bahkan mahkota yang
dikenakan oleh Buddha, melambangkan ketinggian kemurnian dan kesadaran yang
dicapai oleh Budha. Atau filosofi batang teratai, yang mudah bengkok tetapi sulit
dipatahkan, melambangkan ciri hubungan yang baik di China.
 Tarian ini menyamakan Teratai dengan kehidupan kita, Kita harus seperti teratai
yang menemukan kekuatan dan keindahan meskipun ditengah lingkungan yang sulit
dan menantang, berdiri tegak di antara lumpur, tetap tak tersentuh, megah dan
utuh!!.
