You can't access any of the sex verbs if you have underwear on.
Love-fiend, the vice, periodically gives you mood debuffs for not having sex.
However, having sex will give you a bigger mood buff. Nobody to hookup with?
Masturbating will please you as well, it won't make you as happy, however.
You can have sex with someone unconscious, a corpse(?), or one who closed the game.
About the last one, you can sometimes find sleeping players in love-fiend's
basement.
Yes, you can have sex with someone of the same sex. It is however a great sin, you
better not let priest know.
Yes, you can have sex with a race different from yours. It is formally acceptable.
(Depends on how bigoted is your local priest, though.)
A married couple have better sex. Unmarried sex might remove a triumph for the
woman(?), it is also a sin.
Masturbation is quite inefficient and takes a long time to orgasm.

Sex with a spouse

Remove any clothes that may cover your groin, tell your spouse to do the same, or
strip them yourself.
Target groin on the targeting doll, click on yourself ONE time. This is called a
passive grab.
!Make sure any intents like bite, kick, steal, and jump are disabled! Click MMB on
yourself. You will see a progress bar above your head. When it's finished, you will
remove your underwear.
You can let go of your groin now.
(alternative to step 2, 3, and 4.) Your spouse can also remove your underwear in
the strip menu. The underwear stripping option will only appear if there is nothing
covering the groin.
At the up-left ui piece, below the targeting doll, will be 2 buttons. Red resist
button, and beige-white submit button. Clicking will toggle the mode. Clicking on a
toggled button will do the action associated. When resist mode is on, you will try
to resist sex, and disallow yourself to orgasm. When submit mode is on, you will
enjoy sex, and allow yourself to orgasm. You and your spouse should have it to
submit mode.
(unnecessary) Target groin again, but this time passive grab your spouse. This will
give you access to some extra verbs to the menu in the next step, such as handjob.
Also, some emotes change, for example kissing will kiss the groin, and slap will
slap the ass. The only reason not to do this if you don't have hands.

stamina, however you both become pleasured faster. When slow, stamina will not
drain, but pleasure will increase slowly and steadily.
As you have sex, your screen will have a denser and denser overlay of pink color,
it might not appear immediately however. When it will be so dense you almost can't
see, you will orgasm, ejaculating. Woman may orgasm a few times before the man
ejaculates. You can orgasm and ejaculate multiple times in a row(?), however the
mood boost will not stack.
Pregnant women often feel ill, and will sometimes vomit. The rest you will have to
discover yourself. If you don't want your women to get pregnant, use any but
vaginal verbs when orgasming.
