(Working of Ledger on Blockchain)
NAME OF STUDENT: NAVNEET SINGH BAHKUNI
COURSE: B.C.A
SEMESTER:2ND
ROLL NO.: 2271200
DATE: 16/06/2023

WEEK OF EXECUTION: 2ND Week

OBJECTIVE OF LEARNING:

1. Understand the meaning, importance, and benefits of blockchain technology.

2. Learn the various uses and applications of blockchain technology.
3. Understand the difference between a blockchain ledger and a database.
4. Know the different types of blockchain technology.
5. Learn how blockchain technology works.

CONTENT OF MODULE:

A blockchain is a digital ledger of transactions that are distributed across the entire network of
computers (or nodes) on the blockchain. Distributed ledgers use independent nodes to record,
share, and synchronize transactions in their respective electronic ledgers instead of keeping
them in one centralized server. Blockchain organizes data into blocks, which are chained
together in an append-only mode.

LEARNING OUTCOME:

A blockchain is a digital file that tracks all transactions and is distributed across a
network of private computers. It is similar to a database, but rather than being
controlled by a central authority, it is dispersed across multiple computers. Blockchain
networks are a type of decentralized ledger system designed to store data securely.
Once data is added to the ledger, it cannot be removed or edited like with a database
