Reply to application for filed by the defendants under section 151 of

CPC for taking time on the Christmas celebration and New Year
Sir,
The respondent/plaintiff submits as under;

Preliminary Objections

1. That the present application is not maintainable in the eyes of law.

2. That the same application on the same grounds was filed by the
applicant/defendants on 23.12.2022 and the same was dismissed by
this Hon'ble court. Copy of the order dated 23.12.2022 is attached
herewith.
On Merits
1. That the para No.1 of the application is matter of record.
2. That in reply to para no.2 of the application is wrong and denied. No
compromise has been effected between the parties as falsely alleged in
this para. In is pertinent to mention here that captain Hardev Masih
presently being the present priest appointed by the salvation army in
place of captain Dharminder Masih is looking after all the welfares of the
church and has arranged Christmas and new year celebration program
at church with the cooperation of the members of church as well as
followers.
3. That para no.3 of the application is vehemently wrong and denied. the
allegation leveled in this para are totally wrong, false and baseless and
the same is not having any iota of truth.
Prayer clause is wrong and denied.
It is therefore respectfully prayed that keeping in view of the above
stated submissions, the application of the applicant/defendant may
please be dismissed with heavy costs in the interest of justice.
