Abstract

Abstract should be consice and comprehensive, and consist of the background of the study, the methods use for
the research paper, the identification of the problems, and the results and discussion following with the findings
that represents the novelty of the paper. The authors may provide their conclusion and recommendation as well
at the end of the abstract. Abstract should be type in one paragraph only, Times New Roman 12pt, justified, and
not exceed than 200 words.

Keywords: 3 – 5 words or frase, divided by semi-colon, and formulated in alphabetical order.

Introduction
1. Unique legal issue, or development of legal issue, etc.
2. Providing the facts and basic juridical regulations of the problem.
3. Determined the novelty of the paper
