Dear Sir,

With reference to the above cited letter Sl. No [4] received from PIU-BNG (EXP), stating that the submitted CV
of Mr. Laxmikant Nayak for the position of Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer is not considered for
replacement as the candidate is found under Amber category on INFRACON poRTAL.

Hence, we are herewith submitting the alternate CV of Mr. B G Ravi Kumar as Team Leader cum Senior
Highway Engineer for replacement in place of the originally approved Key Professional. Mr. Ravi Kumar's CV is
under GREY Cate$ory on INFRACON PORTAL till date and he has also fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria as
per the RFP. Further, we have self-evaluated the CV and have scored 91 marks (copy enclosed) which is better
than the original candidate.

ln view of the above, we earnestly request your goodself to kindly approve the CV of Mr. B G Ravi Kumar for
the position of Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer as replacement with reference to the Clause 4.5.5
of GCC due to serious misconduct by Mr. T Haribabu. We appreciate your understanding in the proposed
change of Key Professional which may be permitted without considering it as replqcenren[and reduction in
