process or do inhouse?
(because out sourcing comes at a cost of qulaity compromise since there is never a
quality check and ongoing training.)

(because small size company (2-3 employee) would have a generalized approach to all
your concerns, a large or medium size company would have a SPECIALIZED APPROACH to all your
concerns.
