When we are talking about the word success, the thing that comes to mind is money, or, in other
words, financial success. This kind of success is a multifaceted journey as acquiring it requires a
combination of skills that will help you achieve it. Skills that will help me to navigate challenges,
seize opportunities that I can find, and contribute to my personal and professional life. I will
share three 21st century skills that will shape me into a successful individual.

First, Creativity and Critical Thinking and Innovation and Problem-Solving skills will help me
overcome obstacles and think innovatively. Allowing me to think of amazing ideas not only
sharpens my mind for effective decision-making but also helps me progress in this ever-changing
world. Together, these skills shape my mind to adapt to this world, fostering success.

Second, Communication and Collaboration skills are the most important skills that we need to
have if we are aiming to become financially successful, especially in this ever-changing world.
Communication is the key to success, as it allows me to convey people’s thoughts and be able to
persuade them to cooperate. And through communication, I can encourage other minds to
collaborate and share our own perspectives to be able to work together. This creates a dynamic
environment where collective efforts can achieve significant outcomes.

Lastly, Initiative and Self-direction skills are the most essential skills among the three. What's the
point of being able to communicate if you’re not self-directed and do not know how to take
initiative? Taking initiative involves seizing opportunities and embracing responsibilities. And
through self-direction, which requires setting and achieving objectives independently, by
combining these two skills together, I can navigate uncertainties and continually evolve, hence
contributing to success.

Overall, combining these skills together can contribute to sustained and financially successful.
These skills not only enhance my personal growth but also enable to thrive in this competitive
world. Ultimately, shaping myself positively in my personal and professional life, leading me to
a journey towards success.
