Suryachandra & Associates (SCA) is a chartered accountancy firm
providing accounting, audit, assurance, tax, financial advisory and

ONE TIME SETUP OF INTERNAL

CONTROLS
SCA will help Millet Marvels setup internal controls for streamlining the
operations which entail the following:

STUDYING EXISITING PROCESSES

Studying and understanding the existing processes followed

Analyzing the existing Sales channels and Purchases procedures
Interacting with the different departments and studying the use of Restofin
ERP

SETTING UP INDUSTRY STANDARD CONTORLS AND

PROCEDURES

Upon obtaining an understanding of the current operations, SCA will then

proceed to set up procedures for each of the departments, stores and
outlets.
The existing staff will be trained to follow the procedures set up by SCA.
Wherever necessary, Documentation shall be created and maintained as a
part of the procedures implemented.
Various reports shall be set up in place for to be used by the management

PERIODICAL REVIEW OF INTERNAL CONTROLS

Once all the controls, procedures and documentation has been setup, SCA
will review the efficacy of the internal controls on a periodical basis and
make changes as need be to increase the overall efficiency.

FOLLOWING IS THE WORK THAT SCA WILL PROVIDE TO MILLET

MARVELS ON A MONTHLY BASIS:

SCA will provide a FULL-TIME accountant to Millet Marvels who shall be

stationed at the Millet Marvels office.
The accountant will be in charge of the entire bookkeeping on a daily basis.
Daily reports shall be prepared by the end of each day and sent to the
management.
Daily sales and purchases shall be accounted for on a real-time basis.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B shall be prepared and filed on a monthly basis.
TDS payments shall be done on a monthly basis and the returns shall be
filed on a quarterly basis.
The books of accounts shall be finalized and closed at the end of every
month

MONTHLY RECURRING WORK

FOLLOWING IS THE WORK THAT SCA WILL PROVIDE TO MILLET
MARVELS ON A MONTHLY BASIS:

Monthly Financials reports shall be prepared and presented in the monthly

meeting with the management.
All Income Tax compliances shall be taken care of and adhered to by SCA
Product-wise costing shall be arrived at to determine the profitability of each
product.
All compliances shall be taken care of and adhered to.
Any and all consultancy work upon the requirement of the management
shall be taken up as and when needed.
