October 4, 2021 – General Staff Meeting, Inventory for the upcoming audit and issuance of supplies.

October 5, 2021 – Physical count of property, plant and equipment semi-annual audit with resident
auditor, issuance of supplies.

October 6, 2021 – Audit of supplies and semi expendable office equipment, issuance of supplies,
compilation of September 2021 supply requisitions.

October 7, 2021 – Preparation of RISM AND RSM report, issuance of supplies, encoding of September
2021 supply requisitions.

October 11, 2021 – Preparation of requisition documents for sending to auditor, encoding of available
supplies for online requisitions, issuance of supplies.

October 12, 2021 – RDC and NEDA stock cards, listing of RCPPE additional items, issuance of supplies.

October 13, 2021 – Actual count of available supplies to check for replenishment, NEDA stock cards,
purchase of RDU meeting snacks, canvass of courier for the prizes to be forwarded to Pasay and Iloilo
forwarding of laptops to MISU, issuance of supplies
