ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Kipp & Zonen B.V. operates a Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the current
certificate can be downloaded from the website at: www.kippzonen.com/certificate .

Kipp & Zonen complies with the requirements of the Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment Directive (WEEE
Directive 2012/19/EC), which aims to reduce waste arising from electrical and electronic equipment; and to improve
the environmental performance of all involved in the life cycle of electrical and electronic equipment.

The Kipp & Zonen commitment towards this goal can be seen from the fact that the majority of our products are still
operational after several decades.

Kipp & Zonen complies with RoHS directive 2011/65/EU.

Kipp & Zonen does not have a specific accredited Environmental Management System, but is a member of the Dutch
WEEE recycling network (Wecycle). Wecycle requires the contracted recycling companies to be ISO 14001 certified. In
turn, Wecycle is member of the Europe-wide WEEE-forum.
