General Contracting provides plant general contraction and construction management

service for valued customers. We provide Design-Build / EPC / EPCM
/ Turn-key services for a very wide range of projects of value up to USD $50~100m
GENERAL annually, covering project management, engineering, construction management, site
CONTRACTING supervision, safety, QA/QC, logistics and supply chain management, etc. This business
section is mainly operated by Tialoc Malaysia in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia
and other Southeast Asian countries

Comprising manufacturing locations in China and Malaysia, this division houses its own
specialised detailed design group and senior professionals with many years of hands on
COMPOSITE experience in the field of FRP, thermoplastics and advanced composite material design
and manufacturing. Tialoc Composites follows European design and manufacturing
standards with experienced German engineers and supervisors in all manufacturing
locations. All manufacturing locations are third party certified by TUV to German DVS
standards.

This new established business section allows the company to actively pursue
comprehensive solutions of waste management for clients. They are consolidating
industrial plant environmental management system, providing waste and wastewater
ENVIRONMENTAL treatment plant build and operation (such as BOO/BOOT), developing waste recycling
MANAGEMENT and energy recovery technology (such as waste salt recycling, wasted activated carbon
re-generation, soil remediation, sludge deep de-watering, industry microwaving
catalysis and pyrolysis, ‘zero landfill' solution), and its engineering realization. Especially
for hazardous waste management, treatment and plant operation service.
LOCATIONS WHERE WE ARE
Tialoc Environmental Group
originated in Germany and now
supports operations across five
continents. The Asia headquarters,
located in Singapore was founded in
2000, with Tialoc China and Tialoc
Malaysia– our two largest
operations- founded very shortly
after. Tialoc Singapore has currently
around 100 permanent staff.

HIGH TEMPERATURE SYSTEMS
Non-hazardous high temperature treatment technology is used for
waste liquid, waste gas and solid waste treatment. Tialoc high Together with our
temperature treatment is using Low NOx Combustion, Heat Environmental Technology division,
Recovery and Flue Gas Cleaning Systems, support by waste Tialoc has achieved ultra- low NOx
collecting and storage system, and hazardous waste pre- treatment, combustion technology and

FLUE GAS TREATMENT

Combusted flue gas is undergo treatment process ensure

safe emission to environment. Tialoc flue gas treatment
guarantees the emission beyond regulation requirement
protecting our environment. We provide systems to a

instrumentation and control Engineering team which provides
detailed engineering, programming and commissioning
support within the Plant Supply Division. This group

Tialoc Composite specializes in design,
engineering, manufacturing and installation of
dual laminate and plastic reaction vessels and
pipe systems.
Using the know-how of our specialists, who are
dealing with this kind of materials for more than
30 years.
We provide liner material selection and pre-
lamination
-liner preparatio (burning or welding of stretch
material on the liner surface).
