The companies that use the older technology are supported by government
subsidization.

After ten years of intense efforts, Youbang Hengyu Science and Technology
Development Co., Ltd has independently developed a fully automated
industrial continual scrap tire pyrolysis and carbon black production facility that
is surpassed by none other in the international market. We have made
significant breakthroughs in safety, environmental and economic areas, thus
solving the disadvantages of similar technologies.

Our technology for “splitting scrap tires into fuel oil’ has minimum operation
cost while offering maximum economic benefits.

Ⅲ. Description of the Automatic Continuous Waste Plastic

Pyrolysis Production Line

The automatic industrial continual waste plastic pyrolysis production line
utilizes advanced techniques and equipment that will split waste plastic into
fuel oil and minimum incondensable gas through pyrolytic reaction. The
technique and equipment is very efficient with facility installed in a small area.
Our equipment assures that there is no pollution. We recover and recycle
energy needed to operate the facility so as achieve the maximum
environmental, social and economic benefits.

The production line can be divided into seven sections:

1. waste plastic shredding equipment

2. raw material pre-heating system
3. low process heating system
4. continuous pyrolysis equipment
5. exhaust scrubbing
6. gas clarification
7. waste residue decontamination.

The waste plastic, after being shredded, will be sent to the preheating system
via an automatic feeder. The material will be heated and melted.
Once melted, the HCl (hydrochloric acid) will be removed and the scrap
material can be input to the pyrolysis section. The low temperature heating
system will allow the scrap plastic to separate into a gaseous fuel oil. The
remaining scrap plastic is continually discharged from the pyrolytic reactor
while it can be further processed into other products, such as nonflammable
bricks, etc. The gaseous fuel oil is cooled and will produce a light oil
component, heavy oil component and little incondensable gas.

EEP Rev. 1.2 MTC Page 7 of 16

A light gasoline is produced from the light oil component.
A high quality automotive diesel is produced from the heavy oil component.
The incondensable gas will be recycled to pyrolysis heating system once it has
been passed through the gas clarification system.
The exhaust of the heating system will also be passed through the gas
clarification system to assure no damage to the environment.

The automatic continuous waste plastic pyrolysis production line has the
following that is not available in other systems:

1. The pyrolytic reactor employs an advanced heat transfer surface that is

more than 300㎡ such that the plastic evenly absorbs the heat.

The large heating surface greatly increases the heating of the

material providing a high heat.

2. With our advanced design, there is little need to sort and clean the waste
plastic. Using our catalytic pyrolysis techniques, you will achieve high
oil production rates without producing harmful substances such as
lead or nitrogen. You will produce a high quality fuel oil that will meet
automotive requirements.

3. Flexible operation and low operating cost.

4. Fully automated continuous and efficient production.

5. The incondensable gas produced is scrubbed (clarified) and can be

recycled into the heating system.

EEP Rev. 1.2 MTC Page 8 of 16

6. The temperature and flow of the gas clarification system can be
automatically adjusted and controlled. The gas absorbent can
eliminate all the contaminants in the gas, such as H2S, CL2, CO, CO2,
SO2, SO3, NOX, CS2, NH3, as well as oil and other organic
compounds and solid particulates.
We design our systems to meet or exceed the emission standards of
any industrial country.

The automatic industrial waste plastic pyrolysis production line offers:

- continuous production

- high degree of automation

- high efficiency

- safety

- environmentally sound

- excellent performance

- easy installation and operation

- economic benefits

EEP Rev. 1.2 MTC Page 9 of 16

Ⅳ. Technical Profile

The technique adopts catalysis pyrolysis techniques which occur on a

moving bed so as to convert plastic into oil. After being shredded and melted,
the plastic will be continuously pyrolyzed in a circular heating reactor
(chamber) to allow the material to have a complete and efficient pyrolysis in an
even heated state inside the reactor. The thermal efficiency is improved and
the processing capacity is also increased.
To blend the PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) material during the preheating, the
preheating device will remove detrimental gas such as HCL produced during
the pyrolysis of the PVC. As the material is fed to the reactor, the preheating
device will also protect the equipment from erosion. The gas coming out of the
reactor will be processed using catalysis pyrolysis reforming, fractionation,
cooling and separation. Incondensable gas can be used as a heating fuel after
clarification. The final exhaust form the heating system can be discharged to
the ambient air after scrubbing.
Carbide generated from the heat of the pyrolysis system will be eliminated
after being transported and burned inside the furnace via the unloading and
the conveying system. Ash created after collection will have decontamination
processing according to solid matter processing standards.

The technique and equipment have received the technical certification by

the Shandong Huaneng Rubber Pyrolysis Institute.
