2. API Standards of Diesel Fuel
The final product diesel fuel that you will get from PPG-LP waste oil
pyrolysis plant will be API standard commercial diesel fuel which can be
used for high speed diesel engines/vehicles with Low Sulfur, Low Acidity,
High flash point and cetane number)

3. Exclusive Sulfur Removal Unit
PPGT Sulfur Removal Unit was developed by our

chemical engineers with PPGT formulated & customized
sulfur removal catalysts and adsorbents which are able to
bring the sulfur down to 50ppm(Min.) w/o getting
hydrogen involved.
* If you are looking for a result of Sulphur content to be

less than 10ppm, currently the only proven technology is
Hydrodesulphurization process which is going to be a
tremendous investment. You should be really cautious if
anyone tells you that they have the technology to bring
the sulfur down to 10ppm W/O getting hydrogen involved.
4. Formulated additives
To remove the Heavy Metals, Colloids, Asphaltenes, Aromatic Hydrocarbons and damaged additives from waste oil, improving the coking issues of the distillation
column. Most of all, it is able to increase the purity, cetane number and flash point of the produced diesel fuel to meet the API
standards.

5. Thin Film Evaporator
To remove the moisture and light hydrocarbons out of waste oil in relative lower temperature without damaging the oil
substances, avoiding the water & light HC to be mixed in the final product oil and increasing the flash point
6. Real Fractionating with exclusive customized plate column
Precisely calculated numbers, distances & fractional hole areas of

column plates which was fully simulated by Aspen/ProII, plus the PPGT
patented trays to ensuring the optimal effect of gas-liquid mass transfer
process (the multiple contacts between gas phase and liquid phase in
the fractionation column), completely separate the light HC and diesel
out of base oil to get precise cuts of different grade of diesel fractions
from both of side line and bottom line. Ensuring the authentic
continuous operation and quality of different cuts.
 The fractionating is an optional solution based on the budget of your pending project.

What are the byproducts out from PPGT-LP waste oil distillation plant, how do I dispose it?
The byproduct is usually including syngas, water, oil sludge/residue & used catalysts
The syngas will be purified for emission or recycled as heating fuel before purification process;
The water can be separated from light HC and further purified before discharging;
The oil sludge can be used for burning or as material for making pet-coke, asphalt etc.
The used catalysts can be either handling over to the recycler or regenerated by special equipment.

Are those consumables essential or can we work without them?
As a matter of fact, those additives required for PPGT process are carefully selected and proved to be essential to the re-refining/pyrolysis process even for those
famous refineries from all over the world.
In order to get you a better understanding of all consumables which may be required for waste oil re-refining/distillation process, let’s us introduce you with each of
those one by one.
 Pretreatment Additives, it is used to be acting as a super flocculants which is able to remove the heavy metals, suspensions, mechanical impurities and
damaged engine oil additives which will effect the purity, viscosity and color of product base oil and thus it is absolutely necessary and essential;
 Cracking catalyst inside of distillation column will be applied for cracking the molecules of long chain hydrocarbons into short chains to produce high quality
diesel fuel;
 Refining Adsorbents, also known silicon dioxide based adsorbent which is able to adsorbing color bodies, oxidants, sulfide & impurities from product oil;

Installation and Commissioning:

The seller shall send at least one engineer to the buyer’s assigned place at agreed time by both parties to conduct installation, commissioning and training of sold
machines. The cost which may be including Visa, Round tickets, Accommodation, Meals, Transportations, Essential tools etc. during engineer service process shall be
borne by the buyer.
Guarantee of Quality:
The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and
specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly installed, properly operated and maintained,
shall give satisfactory performance for a period of up to 24 months after the day of completion of installations.
Coverage：
The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage.
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.
