    On August 05, 2023, the EWU Career Counseling Center and Upay co-organized a CV writing workshop at East West University led by Upay's Head of HR, Mr. Arpon Saha. The 4 hour workshop aimed to teach 198 students from the Faculty of Business and Economics skills to craft persuasive CVs and enhance their appeal to employers.     Crafting Future Leaders: Exclusive CV Writing Workshop

    On August 05,2023, the EWU Career Counseling Center and Upay, a UCB fintech
    company, co-organized a "CV Writing Workshop” at the Jalaluddin Ahmed Lecture
    Gallery of East West University. Mr. Arpon Saha, the esteemed Head of Human
    Resources at Upay, led the two sessions capitalizing his extensive experience in talent
    acquisition. This four hours’ workshop aimed to furnish students with indispensable skills
    to craft persuasive Curriculum Vitae. Around 198 students from the Faculty of Business
    and Economics participated in this workshop. During the interactive workshop, Mr. Saha
    guided the participants in effectively filling CV parameters to enhance their employer

    appeal. Additionally, the session covered various relevant aspects of the job application
    process. A pivotal piece of advice imparted by Mr. Saha was encouraging fresh graduates
    to remain receptive to diverse job opportunities and professional career challenges.
    Furthermore, he shared valuable insights on handling interview questions confidently,
    empowering attendees to excel in job interviews and secure coveted positions.
