Scope Of Work A Competent Engineer will visit and inspect your premise twice per-months. i, To ensure all areas is in electrically safe working condition, fi, To provide monthly electrical inspection and supervising works and to comply with The Malaysia Electricity Supply Act 1990, and Electricity Regulations 1994. iii, To submit an inspection report, Form I (Borang I) to Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission), on behalf of the Owner, comply to The Malaysia Electricity Supply Act 1990, under Section 22 and Electricity Regulations 1994, under Section 66, 68 & 70. The requirement of uploading Borang I to Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Ecos) website shall be complied iv. To advice and ensure the 33KV, 11kV medium voltage and 415V low voltage installation as to maintain as being stated in The Malaysia Electricity Regulations 1994, under Part IV v. To check, inspect, record and report out the status of energy quality, loading and other consumption parameters at the point of main intake(s) of 33,000volt (Medium Voltage) switchgear(s) installation cover system voltage (V), currents (Amp), Power Factor (p.f) and protection relay. vi, To check, inspect, record and report out the status winding/oil temperatures, loading fans performance, earth grounding position & condition, vii, To check, inspect, record and report out the auxiliary supply battery bank(s) and 30VDC battery bank(s), covered charging status, charging voltage,charging ampere, battery cell condition, battery water level and ete. viii,To check, inspect, record and report out energy quality, loading and other consumption parameters at the point of main 41Svolt (Low Voltage) Main Switch Board(s) installation cover system voltages (V), loading current (Amp), power factor (p.f) and protection relays. ix. To check and inspect the critical electrical apparatus such as capacitor banks, reactors, contactors, circuit breaker, isolating transformer(s), grounding and to report it out The Owner on any defects, leaking, non-function, not calibrated and ete which might endanger The Owner electrical installation x. Ensure installation license certificates, Form B (Perakuan Pendaftaran Pepasangan, Borang B), testing and commissioning, maintenance reports and records, electrical single line diagram and other electrical documents of installation from The Owner are hanged correctly, well keep and renew accordingly. xi, To study and analyse all findings from time including to monitor all actions taken for any defects or non compliance observed.
