8 03-01-2024 Heard the parties.

2. Despite the specific order of this Court dated

22.11.2023, directing the respondent State as well as University

to take all the endeavours to ensure the payment of all the retiral

dues of the petitioners, till date, no such counter affidavit has

been filed, showing the payment of admissible retiral dues of

the petitioners.

3. From the submissions advanced on behalf of the

learned counsel for the respective parties, representing the State

and the University, prima facie, it appears that both the parties

have been shifting their onus to one another, but has not shown

any genuine concern, in ensuring the payment of the admissible

dues of the petitioners. Time without number several

indulgences have been accorded to the parties to settle the

dispute but to no effect.

4. As a last indulgence, further four weeks time is

allowed to ensure the payment of all the admissible retiral dues

of the petitioners, failing which the Principal Secretary,

Education Department, Government of Bihar, Vice Chancellor,

Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Registrar, Magadh University,

Bodh Gaya and Finance Officer, Magadh University, Bodh

Gaya shall remain present in the Court.

5. Re-notify this case on 01.02.2024.
