I, MRS. SUMITA BORAL @ MRS. SUMITA BARAL, daughter of Mr. Nishith

Ranjan Baral @ Mr. Nishith Chandra Baral, aged about- 65 years, by faith-
Hindu, by occupation- Housewife, by nationality- Indian, residing at 2/1/A,
Dakshin Behala Road, Post Office- Sarsuna, Police Station- Thakurpukur,
Kolkata- 700061, Dist.- South- 24 Parganas, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as follows:

1. That, my husband namely Subodh Chandra Baral @ SABODH CH

BARAL (Now deceased) was the sole and absolute owner of All that piece
and parcel of Bastu land measuring about 1 Kottah 15 Chittak more or
less together with two storied pucca structure erected thereon lying and
situated at K.M.C. Premises No.- 2/1A, Dakshin Behala Road, bearing
K.M.C. Assessee No.- 411250506422 corresponding to mailing address
of 2/1/A, Dakshin Behala Road, within K.M.C. ward No.- 125, within
P.S.- Thakurpukur, Dist.- South 24 Parganas.

2. That my husband said Subodh Chandra Baral @ SABODH CH BARAL

died intestate on 20.01.1981 leaving behind the following persons as his
legal heirs:

parcel of Bastu land measuring about 1 Kottah 15 Chittak more or less
together with two storied pucca structure erected thereon lying and
situated at K.M.C. Premises No.- 2/1A, Dakshin Behala Road, bearing

K.M.C. Assessee No.- 411250506422 corresponding to mailing address

of 2/1/A, Dakshin Behala Road, within K.M.C. ward No.- 125, within
P.S.- Thakurpukur, Dist.- South 24 Parganas in respect of their
undivided share.

4. That, excepting the persons named in the Para-2 above there is no other
legal heirs / successor of Subodh Chandra Baral @ SABODH CH BARAL.

5. The statements made in the foregoing paragraphs are true to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
