Upper Body Strength Tone

Nothing quite jazzes spirits up and spells out "fun" more than a
push-up party where the muscle group that's been worked on has
barely got any time to rest from one exercise to the next. This is
why the Push-Up Party workout loads and loads and loads and
loads the upper body muscle groups in an unrelenting focus on
strength and endurance.
