Details about the procedures:

1. Resin preparation

The production begins with selection of suitable plastic resin, usually (PET) for beverage bottles. The
polymerization and melting of the resin were done in this step. All worker involved are equipped with
mask and heat resistance glove.

2. Injection molding

The molten plastic is injected into a mold cavity, taking the shape of the bottle. This process is known as
injection molding and forms the basic structure of the bottle. Several machine operators will perform
inspections to see either the product is rejected or not.

3. Blow molding

For certain bottle types, particularly those used for carbonated drinks, a blow molding process is
employed. The pre- formed plastic is placed in a mold, and pressurized air is used to expand and shape
it.

4. Cooling and setting

Once the bottle shape is achieved, it undergoes a cooling process to solidify and set its structure. This
step is crucial for maintaining the bottle's integrity.

5. Trimming and inspection

Excess material, known as flash, is trimmed off, and the bottles undergo thorough inspection for quality
control. Defective bottles are removed from the production line.

6. Labeling and decorations

Bottles may be labeled with brand information, recycling symbols, or other relevant details. Decoration
processes like printing or sleeving may also be applied.

7. Packaging

After passing quality checks, the bottles are packaged for distribution. This can involve placing them into
boxes, trays, or other suitable packaging materials.

8. Quality assurance

Throughout the entire process, quality assurance measures are implemented to ensure that the bottles
meet industry standards and customer expectations.
4.2 SOP FOR CLEANING AND SANITATION

The standard operating procedures for the manufacturing of reusable water bottles involve several key
steps, including cleaning the finished product and the delivery of the product. When it comes to cleaning
the finished product, it is important to use warm water and dish soap, along with a bottle brush or a
long-handled brush to scrub the inside of the bottle, paying special attention to the cap and the
mouthpiece. The bottle should be rinsed thoroughly to remove any soap residue, and it may need to be
cleaned on a daily or weekly basis, depending on its usage.

4.3 SOP FOR DELIVERY

this involves packaging the finished product and preparing them for delivery. To deliver the finished
product in a large quantity to retailers, they need to be packed into a packaging that able to hold a large
number of products and easy to carry around. It is decided that a box that can hold a dozen of reusable
water bottle should be good for this situation. Being able to carry 12 products and can be handled easily
in a box during delivery process.

In addition, the box also needs some cushioning just for quality safety measures. We don’t want
customer to receive their reusable water bottle that was damaged from delivery mistakes. Every delivery
made from us to our customers will be recorded into a receipt so it can be tracked if anything goes
wrong during shipment process. During the delivery of the product, the currier must follow its guidelines
and safety standards to maintain the package quality and condition.

These are the important procedure to ensure that our products, reusable water bottles quality can be
maintained during its packaging and delivery process.
