Requesting your IEEE certificate

Remember that for each of the IEEE Cyber Security modules you complete you can
request an IEEE certificate.

Once you completed any of the IEEE modules you will see a green button "Get
course certificate" at the bottom of the screen. If you click on the button you will be
directed to a page to supply your personal information for the certificate.
After you supplied your personal information you can click on the "Submit" button. Your
certificate should be emailed to you - this should not take longer than 2 weeks.

If you clicked on "Submit" and nothing happens then do the following:

- Use an alternative email (not the Unisa email)

- Clear the cash

If you still cannot proceed beyond this step then please send me a screenshot. I will
then contact the IEEE to check if they received your submitted information and to assist
to resolve it.
