TEAM IN THE REVIEW OF ESIP/AIP FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2022
WHEREAS, donation of the construction of washing area and installation of its water supply for the
school children to maintain their cleanliness and proper hygiene;
WHEREAS, the teaching force and PTA officers of BOLAOEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL wanted very
much to shoulder for construction of the said facility if not due to financial insufficiency;
WHEREFORE, on motion of MRS. RIZALYN F. ESPEJO Teacher II, duly seconded by all present, it
was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the utmost assistance of the HON. JULIO
“RAMMY” F. PARAYNO IIII to donate construction of washing area the materials needed are as follows to
