LISA-20 CONCEPT

The LiSA-20 consists of 3 main components known as the PB (Processor board),

the RB (Relay board) and the TFT user interface which is standard with every
order. The LiSA-10 wiring and modules remains as normal so for those who are
already trained or familiar with LiSA-10 the learning of LiSA-20 is more simple.

The boards RB and PB are separate for EMC and allows the high voltage side
and low voltage to be clearly separated. This also allows flexibility to how the
controllers can be designed for bespoke applications and reduced spaces.

TFT allows easy access to the controllers parameters with easy on board
guidance. The lift view page allows full emulation of shaft with all basic I/Os in
read mode with the option to place calls, block calls, block doors, block
landing calls, door control and shaft feed back to the mm.

DCP4)
I/O 16 BOARD (BMS)

 I/O 16 board can accommodate 16

inputs or outputs which can be easily
assigned to the LISA-20
2 x I/O 16 board can be fitted to the PB
board allowing an additional 32 I/Os
separate of call inputs.
I/Os are zero volt loading which LED to
indicate status.
Connection via ribbon or hard wire.
Inputs can also be monitored on TFT
LBM BOARD

These board are used in the landing and car bus and
can accommodate 8 I/O assignments per LBM.
Special click and play system for landing connection
with the LiSA unique 3 Wire cable.
I/Os are zero volt loading which LED on ever terminal
to indicate status.
Connection via ribbon or hard wire.
ENERGY SAVING

 Car light shut down

Landing and car indicator shut down via time or input
method (Wake up 500ms< on next call)
Drive shut down output with acknowledgement input
 Door drive off option
 Controller standby 42 watt
All energy functions via time can be programmed to the
sites needs via the ENERGY MENU.

All parameters and status of battery

connected to LiSA-20 can be
monitored in real time.
 Supply, loads and actual battery
level can be monitored along with
current trend.
Test function is available to ensure
lift responds in battery fault.
DCP (DRIVE CONTROL+POSITION)
DCP4 allows serial communication via a RS485 interface.
Communication runs through a two wire bi-direction cable.
No hardwire inputs are required In this case so you see a reduction in
wiring.
Faster communication and no transitions of speed handovers in the case
of DCP4.
 Fast data transmission.
Communication between LiSA-20 and Drive is bi-direction with an
update speed of every 15mS.
Faster flight times due to the controller continuously updating the
stopping and deceleration distance. (Option to decelerated from LiSA or
the VVVF)
Direct to floor approach with all DCP4 modes. (3 options with ZA)
Emulation on the LiSA Display of drive programmer (DCP4)

DCP SHAFT SET UP
When using DCP4 the shaft set up time reduces.
Only zero point and floor heights need to be entered with small adjustment (+/-5mm for final level
adjustment to +/-1mm)
If deceleration required changing on the drive then no switching point requires changing or shaft re-
teach.
Comfort can be set up to the site requests in minutes and intermediate speeds will be demanded
automatically with the most efficient profile.
FAST START FUNCTION
Fast start function allows the lift to instantly accelerate as soon as the final
lock circuit is made. This avoids delays in the start sequence of lifts. When
this function is enabled the start command follows the door close
command by X amount of seconds thus reducing the waiting time at zero
speed.
Below is an example of fast start enabled vs standard start.
FAST START FUNCTION
LISA TRAVEL DISPLAY SCOPE
The liSA-20 can record the ride curves of the lift profile and also the drives
demand. This can also be used on hydraulic if using absolute encoder as
the feed back is converted from the absolute information.
EMERGENCY RELEASE
The emergency release of trapped passengers is incorporated in to the
LiSA-20 display. By pressing the release field of the TFT, the display will show
all information required in the procedure, speed, direction and when the lift
is in zone. The speed will also be shown in mm/s and the real height of the
lift. When at level the step will also show +/- to that level.
