Most Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That, the Informant is a law abiding citizen of India and having full faith
and respect to the law of the land.
2. That, informant is the business man having its style and names M/S
Laxmi Enterprises address -:Laxmanpur P.S-Topchanchi Dist-Dhanbad.
3. That, Petitioner and respondent No-1 was patner in the Bricks business
but due to respondent demanded the separation from the respective
partnership the petitioner completed his full and final amount in the
month of March.
4. That Respondent now pressurized to engage him in the same business
firm namely M/S Laxmi Enterprises address -:Laxmanpur P.S-
Topchanchi Dist-Dhanbad when the petitioner at any how reopen the
firm after the Covid-19 hard period.
5. That, respondent is always threatening planned by his scrupulous mind
for wrong and harmful act for petitioner and the unit for example
threatened to stop the waterline for unit, enter illegally to petitioner plot
and unit ect.

 6. That,petitioner afraid about this situation and live with fear to harm the
economic loss may be attempt by respondent with his nuisance act.
7. That ,the present unit provided the 110 persons livelihood at the pick
days and the local villagers engaged in the unit if any harmful act may
be committed the lose of their livelihood.
8. That, the respondent may file any scrupulous false Criminal Case on
petitioner or any other allegations of I.P.C. or C.r.P.C . for disturbance.
9. That, the respondents many a times threatened the petitioner for Dare-
Consequences and threatened to Lodge the False complain against
petitioner.
10.That, the informant is giving aforesaid information to your honours
court so that the same may be used in the future.
It is therefore respectfully prayed that keep this
information on record for any future reference.
