INTRODUCTION

The overall wellbeing and productivity of nurses in any healthcare organization is influenced by

work-life balance and engagement. Since nurses play a vital role in providing high-quality

healthcare services, it is important to understand their work-life balance and engagement levels

in order to ensure their success and retention at work. We aim to investigate the work- life

balance and engagement among nurses who work in one private hospital, in this study. The

research will focus on identifying the factors that influence work-life balance and enjoyment,

such as: workload, job duties, work schedule, and personal life variables. The findings of this

study will help healthcare organizations to devise plans and programs that promote work-life

balance and collaboration among nurses, ultimately improving patient satisfaction. A look at

some of the topics that have arisen in the past.
