Terms and Conditions for Tier2 Submit

The recipient of the Tier2 Submit software and documentation agrees to the following
guidelines and restrictions:

Use and Distribution Guidelines and Restrictions

All the programs in the CAMEO software suite, including Tier2 Submit, are available at
no charge to those organizations and individuals (recipients) responsible for the safe
handling of chemicals.

However, various third-party images, libraries, and other tools were used in the
development of the Tier2 Submit program, and those third-party resources have their
own licensing and distribution requirements. Refer to the Licenses folder (inside either
the Tier2 Submit program folder on Windows or the Tier2 Submit data folder on a Mac)
for details on the third-party licenses and credits.

The recipient shall honor all disclaimers and other limitations of liability associated with
those organizations and individuals that provided images, libraries, and other tools used
in the development of the Tier2 Submit program.

Limitation of Liability
The United States Government has used its best efforts to incorporate accurate and
complete data into Tier2 Submit. Nevertheless, the United States Government does not
warrant accuracy or completeness, is not responsible for errors and omissions, and is
not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages flowing from the recipient's
use of Tier2 Submit.

The Tier2 Submit software is being distributed "as is" and the United States Government
does not make any warranty claims, either express or implied, with respect to the Tier2
Submit software, its quality, accuracy, completeness, performance, merchantability, or
fitness for any intended purpose.

Indemnification
Non-governmental recipients shall indemnify and save harmless the United States and
its agents and employees against any and all loss, damage, claim, or liability whatsoever,
due to personal injury or death, or damage to property of others directly or indirectly
due to the use of Tier2 Submit by the recipient, or any other act or omission of the
recipient, including failure to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
