Instructions for Candidates for Online Test:-

1. Kindly ensure that you are able to access HRMS prior to Test date.
2. Enter your HRMS credential for authentication purpose.
3. The test starts in HRMS at 3.00 pm on the designated data.
4. Kindly login 30 minutes before the exam time to ensure that exam is
accessible to you. Kindly reach out to HO-HRMS in case of any issue in login
issue.
5. Once logged in, exam that you are eligible to appear for details will be
displayed on the screen. If the exam is yet to start it will show the time
remaining for exam to start.
6. When the scheduled exam time begins you will see a "Start" button on the
dashboard. Click on it to begin your exam.
7. Please note importantly that Exam will automatically end at 4.30 pm (90
Minutes), no time will be extended in any case.
8. Once you click on Start this will open a Browser Window Pop up.
9. Ensure that you do not shift your focus from the exam window by any means
i.e. toggling between tabs/windows is not allowed. You are required to stay on
the exam page till the time you have submitted your exam. Toggling
windows will auto submit your exam.
10. Once you have completed your test click on "End Exam" button. Summary of
your answers will be visible on the screen. Click on the "Submit" button for the
final submission. Please note that you cannot review/change your answers
once you have submitted your exam.
11. In case if you still appearing our exam and your exam duration is over, your
exam will end. Once the exam time is over you cannot make any changes to
the answers.
12. Please save your exam at regular intervals.
13. Please ensure POP-UP is enabled for the browser.
14. Exam duration is measured as per SERVER TIME AND MAY NOT MATCH
WITH YOUR LOCAL MACHINE TIME.
15. In case if you have logged out for any reason, you can re-login and Start the
exam again, if the duration of exam is still not completed. Upon re-login you
will be eligible to complete the exam for the remaining time of exam
only.
16. In the event of any exception or application error noticed, take the screen shot
of the same and share it with HO-HRMS to address the same.
17. Exam will be available from only Intranet network PC (Finacle desktop/PC).
18. Login from multiple desktop/IP will be deactivated for candidate.
