INSTRUCTIONS ON MCQ MODE ONLINE EXAMINATION FOR STUDENTS

1. Logon to Amizone (https://oe.amizone.net) and click “Online Exams” menu. The list of
courses will be displayed for which examinations are scheduled with the mode of
examination against each course.

2. URL for the examination with key will be displayed against the courses for which the mode
of examination is MCQ. Click on the URL and enter the corresponding key.

3. Once enter the key, following screen will be displayed. Please check if name, enrolment
number and the course for scheduled examination are displayed correctly. If not, notify
the examination help desk immediately. Depending on the time at which you logged on to
this page, appropriate message is displayed as below:

a. Before start time of the examination – A start button and the time left for the
examination to start are displayed. The start button will be enabled exactly at
scheduled time of the respective examination.

b. After the Start time - the start button and the time left for the exam to finish are
displayed. Student can click on the start button to start answering the questions.
4. The examination has 03 sections and duration of the examination is 1 Hour.

5. After Click on the start button, first question on the left and a Clock & Summary Panel
on the right will be displayed.

6. Answer the question by clicking on the radio button in front of the correct answer.
After click, the radio button colour changes to blue and the question number on
summary panel turns to green.
7. Click next button at bottom right of the screen to move to next question and
previous button to move to previous question.

8. Student can navigate to any specific question by clicking on the respective question
number on the summary panel as well.

9. After answering all questions, click on “Finish Exam” to submit your answers.

10. A screen with total number of questions and the number of questions attempted
with a Final Submit button will be displayed.

11. Click on Final Submit and a confirmation message upon successful submission of
answers to the server will be displayed.
Important Note:

MCQ Mode Examination is accessible on any device (Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile)

connected to consistent Internet connection with bandwidth of minimum 1.5 Mbps with an
internet browser but use of Desktop or Laptop with latest version of
Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari. Firefox is recommended for better experience. The device
should be connected to uninterrupted power.
