Sila log masuk ke akaun Google (gmail) anda dan klik pautan di atas. Pada halaman yang dipaparkan, klik "Make a copy".
Dengan ini, anda akan dapat menyalin kandungan yang sama dan seterusnya mengedit, mengirim pautan serta mengumpulkan
respons. Anda tidak dibenarkan mengubah pautan yang disediakan oleh penerbit. Sekiranya anda melakukan pengubahsuaian,
anda tidak akan dapat mengedit walaupun anda dapat membuka pautan dan menjawab soalan. Anda diminta untuk tidak
menghantar "Request edit access" kepada penerbit. Penerbit tidak membenarkan sesiapa atau mana-mana pihak mengubah
kandungan asal bahan.
