1) Imagine that the project you are supervising is starting to fall behind schedule or exceed the
project’s budget. What actions would you take?
Ans: I would follow few steps if such a situation arises in my project .Frist, i would conduit a
through root cause analaysis with the all details ,where the project is lagging from actual vs
planned timelines and budget and to find the specific delay and issues arising by discussing with
my team and getting feedback from them and communicating the current situation with the
related stakeholders and seek their input on proposed changes. Also come up with an best
alternative regarding to critial path activites ,adjusting the schedule and allocation of
resources.Checking and take whether any cost-cutting measures without compromising the
project's quality or objectives.
Once the revised plan is developed,then closley monitor with regular project status meetings to
discuss progress, challenges, and potential adjustments.
2) What would you do if some of your workers were not using the necessary safety equipment?
How would you handle it?
Ans.According to me safety of the workers and safe enviroment plays an important role in any
project. If some workers are not using the necessary safety equipment, it's crucial to address the
situation promptly to prevent potential accidents and injuries.
when we observe a situation like this then, we have to intervate and explain importance of safety
and explain risks.Condut weekly trainings,toolbox meetings ,regular inspection and provide with
saftety equipments.
3) What would you do if a subcontractor was trying to change the terms of their contract in
order to raise their compensation?
Ans:Frist i would communicate with the subcontractor to understand the reasons behind their
request for changes and check whether there are valid concerns, changes in circumstances.After
this I thoroughly review the existing contract agreed-upon terms, including scope of work,
deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Review the impact on the project with respect
budget,time lines and quality. if the concren of compensation is found not vaild then ,we can use
contract clause .

Ans:Before starting of negotitaing with contractor ,we need to share clear define the scope of the
work,tasks,deliveriables and time lines. Conduct a Market rate analaysis for the scope of
work,contrator experience and reputation ,expertise and our budget constraints .
Ans: Understand the purpose of the space, the desired functionality, and the overall vision for the
project.
Stakeholders managaement,budgeting,Project team members allotment,stite survery for the
understanding site condition,challanges,utilities .
Conceptual design,cost estimation ,develop a project timeline and schedule that outlines key
milestones and deadlines.
Schedule for the approval process of design concepts, budget proposals, and other key project
elements.
6) How do you prioritize the necessary tasks of a project?
Ans:By clear understanding of the project's overall objectives and goals,critical path activities,
which are tasks that directly impact the project's timelines,tasks based on their urgency,
importance, and dependencies.
7) Kindly plan project execution for 50,000 Sq Ft commercial build project. Handover
scheduled 45 days. No designs are ready yet. How do you achieve the project timelines?
What are the steps that you will take to achieve the deadline without any compromise on the
finishes.
