MINDTREE-KEF DASHBOARDS(TIPPS)

Call @10-11

Mindtree came up with discussion on how video can be captured in the app for doing TIPPS assessment.
We have clearly stated that for now app enhancements is to be done post dashboards rollout.We have
asked them to let us know the feasibility,visualization & time line for the dashboards development first.
Agenda setting done for next call today @ 12:30 to discuss dashboards.

Call @ 12:30-1:30

MT came up with their understanding of the 3 navigation paths via a visual layout in a ppt. Discussion &
clarification done by us on the paths & landing page requirements. MT will be revising the paths layouts
& re-share the navigation paths by 5 pm today. They will also share the layout of landing page for the
execution path.

Call @ 5-6:30

MT came up with revised ppt depicting the 3 navigation paths alongwith the landing page. A thorough
discussion happened on landing page,screen 2, screen 3 & few clarification were made from our side on
these. In conclusion, Navigation paths, 3 phases of assessment, landing page & screen 2,3 have been
made clear to Mindtree.

Upcoming agenda(9th Jan-5:30 pm)

MT will come up with Screen2 & Screen3 Prototypes in ppt format.They will also be discussing further
screens on other phases of the assessment & clear rest of the doubts, if any. MT would be able to give
UI prototypes(web based) by next week & possibly the timelines for dashboard rollout.

Follow-up:

Kef raised a concern on the pace at which current dashboard development is happening.We proposed a
face to face meet for a couple of days at either Delhi office or at Mindtree's office. As per Prakash, most
of the things are clear after today's call & rest will be made clear on Monday's call. Post that, we should
wait for UI protoypes that should be developed by next week. In case, the prototypes are not in line with
the requirements, we will have a plan for F2F meet. Additionally, it has been clarified by MT that no UI
person was dedicated for Kef's development till today, the same will be on board from Monday to
speedup the development process.
