    Christian greetings!

    Every year our school does not liquidate its electric bill for the month of December.
    Because the submission of liquidation report is too early. Now our school is required to submit
    its report on December 15, 2023. It is for this reason that we are requesting the early reading of
    our electric account for this month for us not to incur any deficit this year because we don’t
    have any sinking fund to use. We would like to liquidate our electric consumption this month
    through our MOOE.

    Anticipating our heartfelt gratitude in advance for your consideration.

    Attached hereto is the picture of our reading meter for this month.
