WET WEATHER
In the case of wet weather, sports will adjust their draws and games according to their
respective rules and guidelines. We will endeavour to communicate changes as quickly
as possible to affected participants. We recommend downloading the NZMG App
to stay up-to-date with all the latest sports updates via push notifications.

RESULTS
Results will be uploaded daily to nzmg.com, accessible through the NZMG App
and posted at the Games Village.

OUR REFUND POLICY athletes with their

• If you withdraw your Games registration and sports entry before January 6, 2023,
you will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee.
• If you withdraw your registration and sports entry after January 6, 2023,
you will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the Sport Partner cancels the sport you have entered, you will receive a refund Air Chathams is proud to be
of your sport entry fee, or you can elect to have it transferred to another sport.
• You will receive a full refund if you withdraw your Games registration due the Preferred Travel Partner
to a sports cancellation. for the Downer New Zealand
• If any cancellation occurs due to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund,

• If a cancellation occurs due to weather or unforeseen circumstances,
you will not be eligible for a refund.
