Requierments:

1. Mailist ( you get your own like dump, sqli etc what ever you like )
2. Cpanel
3. Scampage Paypal
4. Letter Paypal
5. Mailer
6. SMTP

I usually use Sqli dumper (v 7.0 - you can get it for free from crackforums),
for the dorks you can always surf the web or make one on your own

Next, you need a cpanel where you will upload your scampage, your cpanel needs a
n active domain (freenom.com)

Upload your scampage
4.
Find or create a letter, undetected letter=better phishing
5.
A mailer to send out emails containig the letter
6.
If you don't have a mailer a SMTP will do the trick
