QUALIFICATION OF INSTRUCTORS/TRAINERS

 Must be a holder of NC II
 Must have undergone training on Training Methodology II (TM II)
 Must be physically and mentally fit
 Must have at least 2 years job/industry experience (optional. Only when required by the hiring
institution)
