Establishment of tuition fees for the 2023/2024 academic year

Based on clause 15 (2) 101) of the Statutes of the University of Tartu, clause 5 of the Conditions and
procedure of reimbursement of degree study costs approved by the senate of the University of Tartu
regulation no. 11 of 25 September 2020 and clause 13 of annex 3 to the Study regulations approved
by the senate regulation no. 3 of 28 May 2021, I establish the tuition fees and the fee for reviewing
RPL applications for the 2023/2024 academic year as follows.

1. Tuition fees for full-time students studying at the first or second level of higher education in
Estonian-taught curricula who do not complete the standard workload per semester of the
curriculum, for part-time students and for visiting students studying at the first or second level of
higher education, excluding international visiting students:

8. The tuition fee for part-time doctoral students matriculated before the 2021/2022 academic year
is 50 euros per semester; the tuition fee for part-time doctoral students matriculated as of the
2021/2022 academic year and for external doctoral students is 100 euros per semester.

9. The fee for reviewing the application for recognition of prior learning and work experience (RPL)
is 10 euros (incl. VAT) per each credit point applied for.
