The Bahamas as a Registered Firm authorised to carry on Securities Business under
license number SIA/F245 and is a part of the Capital.com group.

At the request of Nguema Avomo Rivaldo Nvo, we hereby confirm that it is only
possible to conduct operations with CFDs on the Capital.com platform and that clients
are prohibited from buying or selling underlying assets including cryptocurrencies.

We also confirm that Nguema Avomo Rivaldo Nvo is entitled to deposit and/or withdraw
funds to/from the trading account ID 20840051 on the Capital.com platform.
