Ricoh SmartSDK Next Gen PCS Application Now Available

The new Next Gen PCS application has been designed specifically for use with Ricoh SmartSDK applications and
provides technicians, service teams, dealers and end-users with the ability to monitor live electrical incidents,
troubleshoot downtime, reduce service costs, and equipment/part replacement costs directly from the Ricoh SmartSDK
panel.

Prior to the release of this application, technicians would need to use a laptop or other onsite CPU to pull data logs
from the Next Gen PCS. The release of this application will reduce time in the field and provide better understanding
of the power and electrical anomalies as well as their effect on the Ricoh MFP.

The ESP Next Gen PCS is the only protection device in the industry that records time-stamped power anomalies and
enables power protection settings to be customized instantaneously.

• Using the ESP USB Interface Cable (MODEL #: XG-PCS-
1), simply plug the cable into the NextGen PCS unit and
insert the USB connection directly to the USB Hub on
the SmartSDK panel
• Download the application from the Ricoh onboard App
Store or load the software via Web Image Monitor onto
the Ricoh MFP
